1. Return Eligibility & Quality Standards
Due to the limited and curated nature of our inventory (brands such as Alo, Essentials, and contemporary trending apparel), all returns must satisfy the following criteria:
- Pristine Condition:: The garment must be completely unworn, unwashed, scent-free (no perfume, cologne, or smoke), and without signs of wear or alteration.
- Original Tags:: Manufacturer tags, brand hangtags, and Merch4You verification seals must remain attached and intact.
- Original Packaging:: Products must be returned in their original packaging, dust bags, and boxes. Sneaker boxes cannot be taped or used directly as shipping boxes.
2. 4-Step Return Protocol
Contact support with your Order Confirmation Code (M4Y-XXXX).
Receive your return authorization number and return address.
Ship the parcel back using a tracked courier service.
Funds released to your original card within 3-5 business days.
3. Exchanges for Sizing
If a piece does not fit as expected, we are happy to facilitate an exchange subject to our live inventory. If the requested replacement size is out of stock, a store credit or 100% refund will be issued.
4. Damaged or Inaccurate Pieces
Every package is recorded during packing. In the unusual circumstance you receive a damaged garment or an item inconsistent with your order, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
We will furnish a pre-paid priority return label and fast-track your replacement or complete reimbursement without delay.
