Merch4You operates as an online retail storefront curating, importing, and distributing trending apparel, footwear, and contemporary accessories. By accessing our platform or completing a guest checkout, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our related operating policies.

IMPORTANT TRADEMARK & BRAND CLARIFICATION:
All brand names, trademarks, registered logos, and model names referenced on this site (including but not limited to Alo Yoga, Fear of God Essentials, Nike, Jordan, and other contemporary labels) are the registered property of their respective trademark holders.
Reference to these trademarks on Merch4You is conducted strictly under the principle of nominative fair use to accurately identify and describe the authentic products offered for retail. Merch4You is an independent retailer and is not an official authorized distributor, affiliated agent, or endorsed partner of these trademark holders unless explicitly noted.
3. Guest Orders & Contract Formation
No customer account or password is required to order. When you submit your order through the checkout portal:
- You represent that you are at least 18 years old or possess legal guardian authorization.
- Your order is confirmed once payment authorization is completed by Stripe and an automated confirmation code is generated.
- In the event of an unexpected inventory discrepancy or system error, Merch4You reserves the right to cancel an order and immediately return 100% of collected funds to your original payment method.
4. Pricing, Taxes & Currency
All prices are denoted in United States Dollars ($ USD). International transactions made with cards denominated in Mexican Pesos (MXN) or other currencies are converted transparently at the interbank exchange rate applied by your issuing financial institution at the moment of charge.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Merch4You shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from courier transit delays, unforeseen customs holds, or misuse of purchased garments. Total liability for any confirmed claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
